Battistinis Custom Cycles Return Policy


We, at Battistinis Custom Cycles USA, strive to create and deliver the very best bolt-on motorcycle accessories possible. Battistini products are manufactured to the highest standards and we are extremely proud of the final result. Our customers’ satisfaction is of utmost importance to us and we do understand from time to time that you may wish to return a product to us. Therefore, we have created this 30-day return policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.


All product returns must be pre-authorized by Battistinis Custom Cycles within 30 days after delivery receipt. A Return Authorization number (RA) is required for all items to be returned. Contact us at to request an RA number. Please explain in your e-mail the reason for your request. Our response will explain how to complete the return process. All items must be in their original unused condition to be returned; products that have been installed or altered may not be returned.


All eligible refunds will be for product total and applicable sales tax per original order (minus restocking fee). Shipping and handling fees are not eligible for refund and a restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package; any returns received without the correct RA will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Manufacturer Defect Products


Battistinis strives to manufacture its products to the highest possible standards, however, in the rare case that you do receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. You may return Manufacturer Defect products within five (5) business days from delivery receipt. In the odd occurrence of a manufacturer defect, no freight or restocking fees will be charged on the returned defected products. All returned product will be inspected for determination of credit. Any product returned that is not deemed defective will be subject to the customary restocking fee of up to 20%.


Damaged Products Due to Shipping Errors


When possible, always inspect all packages for damage before opening them. If there is evidence of any tampering or damage, please refuse the shipment or open the package with the shipper ‘s representative present, in the event the product is damaged and needs to be returned and a claim needs to be filed. If a shipment is received damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery receipt. If you choose not to refuse delivery, please keep all original boxes and packing materials for return.


Wrong Product Received


If a product is received incorrectly upon delivery, please contact Battistinis Custom Cycles  immediately to receive return instructions.
